BLATCHFORD ⁽¹⁶⁾ was born on 28 Apr 1889 in Middlebury, Wyoming, NY. ⁽¹⁶⁾ He died on 6 Aug 1960 in Wyoming County Community Hospital. ⁽¹⁶⁾ He was buried in Wyoming Cemetery. ⁽¹⁶⁾ He was a tool and dye maker and construction laborer.
