Dean Edward WAY ^{(8)(16) (16)} was born on 7 Aug 1936 in Batavia, Genesee, NY.^{(8) (16)} He died on 15 Mar 2000 in St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, Syracuse, NY.^{(16) (46)} He died of lung cancer. He was buried in Maplewood Cemetery, Camillus, NY.⁽¹⁶⁾ He died of lung cancer and pneumonia. He lived at 3 Champion Homes, Elbridge, NY. In 1987 he was living in Weedsport, NY. Dean retired in 1985 after 27 years as a machine operator with Allied Chemical Corp. in Solvay, NY. He was a volunteer with the town of Camillus' Erie Canal restoration project. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War.

He was married to Geraldine SEAMANS on 10 Aug 1957.⁽⁸⁾ He was divorced from Geraldine SEAMANS in Nov 1979.⁽⁸⁾ Dean Edward WAY and Geraldine SEAMANS had the following children:
