30. Mary Marian HAMMOND ⁽⁹⁾ was born about 1829 in NJ. ⁽⁹⁾⁽⁹⁾ In the 1900 census record of her son Charles it states that she was born in PA. In 1850 they were still lilving in Sheldon, NY.

She was married to Albert KIDNEY (son of George KIDNEY and Minerva) about 1848.⁽⁹⁾ Albert KIDNEY⁽⁹⁾ was born on 18 Dec 1824 in NY.^(9)(21) He resided in 1850 in Sheldon, Wyoming, NY. ⁽²¹⁾ He resided in 1865 in Ohio.⁽²¹⁾ He resided in 1870 in Topeka, KS.⁽²¹⁾ He died in 1899.⁽²¹⁾ He was buried in Grace Cemetery, Castile, Wyoming, NY.⁽²¹⁾ In 1870 they were liiving in Topeka, Shawnee, Kansas. In 1880 they were in Doulas, Jackson, Kansas. Mary Marian HAMMOND and Albert KIDNEY had the following children:

64 v. William (Willie) KIDNEY^{(22) (23)(9)} was born in Jul 1858 in NY.^{(21) (9)} Was in Montana at some point. According to Government land records, William and a Wayland Webb bought a mine on Dec. 17, 1908 in Montana in the Oriental Lode in Silver Bow county. In 1920 William and his brother Ed are listed on the Basin, Jefferson, Montana census as boarders in the house of John Lockerson and Ed is listed as a miner in a quartz mine. In 1900 they were both in Meadeville, Silver Bow, Montana and both listed as Mill laborers.

65 vi. Edmund (Edd) KIDNEY^{(22) (9)} was born in Nov 1866 in Ohio.^{(21) (9)} Went to Oklahoma with survey party. In 1920 William and his brother Ed are listed on the Basin, Jefferson, Montana census as boarders in the house of John Lockerson and Ed is listed as a miner in a quartz mine. In 1900 they were both in Meadeville, Silver Bow, Montana and both listed as Mill laborers.
