He was married to Ellenor Fanny SHEPPERD (daughter of unknown SHEPPERD and Mary) about 1872.⁽⁹⁾ Ellenor Fanny SHEPPERD was born about 1852 in Akron, Erie, NY.^{(18) (30)(9)} She died in 1922 in NY.⁽³⁰⁾ Ormus Doolittle HAMMOND and Ellenor Fanny SHEPPERD had the following children:
