133. Ward M. FULLER ⁽³⁹⁾ was born on 19 Sep 1897 in Batavia, Genesee, NY.^{(8) (39)} He died on 13 Dec 1968 in Columbus, Franklin, OH.^{(8) (39)} Ward was an inventor. Judith Gibbs said she remembers when she was young he invented and tried to patent a doormat that rang the doorbell when you stepped on it. Christianan Mac Nich found in a telegram to her grandparents that he also invented Fuller Foot Naturalizers !! It is unsure as to what these are, but the telegram was from the mid-50s. He also was taken by Ernestine Fuller, Charlotte Fuller, Florence Fuller to the state mental hospital in Ohio several times over the course of his life. His letters seem to me to be gibberish, but I think maybe he was just ahead of his time.
